1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Axis Gamepad PRO, axisgamepad.com and related services. By using Axis, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. What Axis provides
Axis is an Android controller-to-touch mapping tool. It can provide mapping, gyro, scene, gesture and related control capabilities depending on your device, app version and access level. Axis is not affiliated with the publishers of games you use with it.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use Axis only where lawful and permitted by the game or service involved.
- Follow game rules, platform rules and applicable anti-cheat policies.
- Protect your account and device access.
- Do not reverse engineer, abuse, disrupt or bypass Axis security or entitlements.
- Do not use Axis to infringe rights or harm other users or services.
4. Compatibility and activation
Axis depends on Android, device manufacturers, controllers, games and activation mechanisms outside our control. Updates to any of them can affect availability or behavior. Root is not required, but a supported activation path is required for mapping. We do not promise compatibility with every device, controller or game.
5. Purchases and access
Paid capabilities are offered as one-time products through Google Play. Available products, local pricing, taxes, payment processing, refunds and purchase records are handled under Google Play terms and applicable law. Some capabilities may require Axis Core, a specific pack or Ultimate. Ownership can require online verification and an eligible, authorized device.
6. Accounts and security
You may need a verified sign-in for purchases, restoration, device management or protected capabilities. We may limit devices, require integrity verification, suspend access or refuse requests when needed to protect the service, investigate abuse or comply with law.
7. Updates and service changes
We may update Axis, correct errors, alter activation requirements, add or retire features, or require a supported version for security and compatibility. We will not intentionally remove a valid Google Play ownership record, but a capability may change when required by Android, a game, law, safety or platform policy.
8. Disclaimers
Axis is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Gameplay performance, latency and compatibility vary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, competitive outcomes, game-account safety or acceptance by a game publisher.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axis and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of access, game-account action, lost profits or business interruption arising from use of the service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Termination
You may stop using Axis at any time. We may restrict or terminate service access for material breach, fraud, security threats or legal requirements. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product or law changes. The posted date identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated inside the app.
