Start with the signal that is failing.

Work through the focused checks below. If the problem remains, send us the details that make it reproducible.

Axis is not activated
  1. Confirm the activation status inside Axis.
  2. On Android 11+, confirm Wireless Debugging is enabled and repeat pairing.
  3. On Android 8–10, restart the external Shizuku or computer ADB path.
  4. After a reboot, reopen Axis and activate again before starting a game.
The controller is not detected
  1. Disconnect and pair or plug in the controller again.
  2. Confirm Android responds to it outside Axis.
  3. Close other apps that may be exclusively using the controller.
  4. Try USB if Bluetooth behavior is inconsistent.
A mapping is inaccurate
  1. Open the editor at the same orientation and resolution used for gameplay.
  2. Check that the game did not move or resize its touch controls.
  3. Reposition the affected target and test that single input first.
  4. Use a separate scene when the game changes its control layout.
Gyro aim feels wrong
  1. Begin with a moderate Natural Sensitivity and a Vertical Ratio near 1.0.
  2. Adjust one control at a time instead of changing the full profile.
  3. Increase the Steady Filter carefully if small hand movement is too visible.
  4. Verify the game’s own camera sensitivity has not changed.
A purchase or owned feature is missing
  1. Confirm Google Play is using the account that made the purchase.
  2. Sign in to the matching Axis account when requested.
  3. Use Restore Purchases from the Axis access screen.
  4. Allow the entitlement check to finish while online.
