Start with the signal that is failing.
Work through the focused checks below. If the problem remains, send us the details that make it reproducible.
Axis is not activated
- Confirm the activation status inside Axis.
- On Android 11+, confirm Wireless Debugging is enabled and repeat pairing.
- On Android 8–10, restart the external Shizuku or computer ADB path.
- After a reboot, reopen Axis and activate again before starting a game.
The controller is not detected
- Disconnect and pair or plug in the controller again.
- Confirm Android responds to it outside Axis.
- Close other apps that may be exclusively using the controller.
- Try USB if Bluetooth behavior is inconsistent.
A mapping is inaccurate
- Open the editor at the same orientation and resolution used for gameplay.
- Check that the game did not move or resize its touch controls.
- Reposition the affected target and test that single input first.
- Use a separate scene when the game changes its control layout.
Gyro aim feels wrong
- Begin with a moderate Natural Sensitivity and a Vertical Ratio near 1.0.
- Adjust one control at a time instead of changing the full profile.
- Increase the Steady Filter carefully if small hand movement is too visible.
- Verify the game’s own camera sensitivity has not changed.
A purchase or owned feature is missing
- Confirm Google Play is using the account that made the purchase.
- Sign in to the matching Axis account when requested.
- Use Restore Purchases from the Axis access screen.
- Allow the entitlement check to finish while online.
