Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Axis Gamepad Pro application and the axisgamepad.com website (collectively, the "Services") operated by Axis Forge Dev.

01 Acknowledgement

These are the Terms of Service governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between you and Axis Forge Dev. These Terms set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

02 License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
  • • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark).
  • • Use the application to create a competitive product or service.

03 Disclaimer of Warranty & Anti-Cheat Risk

The Services are provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. Axis Forge Dev expressly disclaims all warranties.

Important Notice on Anti-Cheat Features

While Axis Gamepad Pro uses standard Shizuku/System APIs to inject touch events, game developers may update their anti-cheat engines at any time to detect third-party touch injectors, overlays, or modified environments. You agree that you utilize Axis Gamepad Pro entirely at your own risk. Axis Forge Dev is not responsible or liable for any account bans, suspensions, or penalties you may incur in any game.

04 In-App Purchases (Pro Tier)

The application offers a "Pro" tier via a one-time in-app purchase. By completing this purchase, you instantly unlock advanced features such as extended mapping slots, ad-removal, and advanced gyro tuning.

  • • Payment Processing: All purchases are processed securely through the Google Play Store billing system. We do not handle your payment details.
  • • Refunds: Refund requests are governed by the standard Google Play refund policy. Please request refunds through the Play Store interface within their specified timeframe.

05 Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding standard UI representations of third-party games), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Axis Forge Dev. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

06 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Axis Forge Dev be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming accounts, business interruption, or personal injury) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service.
